Dr. Janardhan K. Pawar,Assistant Professor and HOD,Dept. of Commerce
The department of Commerce was established in the month of June 1962. The department offers Under Graduate Programme from 1962 (B.Com), Post Graduate Programme from 1965 (M.Com.) and Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation from 1980 (DTL).
The department has also started B. Voc. Course in Retail Management and E-Commerce and Digital Marketing from the academic year 2018-19 and 2019-20 respectively sanctioned and approved by UGC, New Delhi and SPPU, Pune. The pattern of courses is as follows:

- Master of Commerce (M.Com.) : Semester Pattern
- Diploma in Taxation Lows (DTL) : Annual Pattern
VISION AND MISSION
Vision : Our vision is to impart career-oriented quality education at par with global standard in the fields of academic and research arena by developing various skills of excellence and inculcating moral values in the youth with a view to make them responsible citizens of India.
Mission : Tuljaram Chaturchand College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Baramati, run by Anekant Education Society, Baramati, the Religious Minority Institute with the preamble, ‘Siddhiranekantat’ meaning Anekantwad (Multi-dimensionalism), strives to contribute to nation building by empowering the youth through educational and vocational programmes inculcating culture of having multidimensional holistic attitude to life in them.

- Research Centre details: The department of commerce has started research Centre in Commerce and Management from the academic year 2022-23.
