Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha

QuickHeal Foundation – Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha

Tuljaram Chaturchand College, Baramati, in collaboration with the Quick Heal Foundation, successfully implemented the “Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha” initiative as part of its commitment to digital awareness and social responsibility.

College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Quick Heal Foundation under its CSR initiative. This collaboration aimed to spread cyber security awareness and promote safe digital practices among various sections of society.

Under this initiative, the Cyber Warrior Club actively conducted extensive outreach activities and impacted more than 26,000 beneficiaries in 2025-26, including students, teachers, self-help groups, professionals, and the general public.

Key Highlights of the Initiative:

  • Conducted 125+ cyber awareness presentations in schools, colleges, and educational institutes
  • Organized 50+ impact activities, including demonstrations and interactive sessions
  • Executed 6 major mass awareness drives at public places such as bus stands, railway stations, temples, and government offices
  • Ensured wide outreach across educational institutions and public platforms

Academic and Skill Development Impact:

The program was structured as a 2-credit course for 20 selected students, providing hands-on experiential learning through fieldwork and community engagement.

Additionally, the initiative was integrated with the Earn and Learn Scheme, enhancing both their financial support and practical skills such as communication, leadership, and social responsibility.

The Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha initiative proved to be a highly impactful program, reflecting the institution’s dedication towards digital literacy, community engagement, and holistic student development. The program stands as a model for integrating academic learning with societal contribution.

The initiative was successfully conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Avinash Jagtap and coordinated by Mrs. Salma Shaikh, Head of BBA (CA) Department. Active participation from students significantly contributed to the success of this program.
